GLENN BALL   

Cicerone Certified Beer Server Level 1

Glenn has over 30 years experience in F&B . Starting his career as a chef in Brisbane ,Australia he was featured in the Courier Mail and cookbooks before moving to share his culinary skills in Hong Kong and China.

 

Glenn was recruited as the GM of Nogogo Online Groceries in Shenzhen, South China during which time Gary was his craft beer supplier. Glenn eventually joined Gary to run all operations for Topshelf Asia and the rest is history.

 

Apart from enjoying a pint with customers Glenn loves travelling with his wife, rescuing animals, fundraising, fostering and adopting them to new homes, hiking and cricket .

GARY BROWN

Cicerone Certified Beer Server Level 1

Starting his over 20 years in China in public relations with Burson Marsteller, Gary moved to work with the Australian government in Guangzhou as a programme manager.

 

Gary’s next adventure saw him set up his first company consulting to foreign companies involved in manufacturing & production in China. But a love of craft beer was always going to see Gary move into beer where he co-founded Topshelf Asia.

 

Apart from enjoying the odd pint, Gary loves walking his dog, swimming, running and watching way too much rugby
